In addition to our skilled surgeons, the Form & Function Clinic employs a high calibre team of support staff who have extensive experience in the medical field.

Our professional clinic nurses, client support staff and management team are dedicated to ensuring that you feel comfortable and confident about your procedure and the high level of care you will experience with us. Our nurses are available at all times during clinic hours and, along with our dedicated practice manager, are committed to your wellbeing and confidentiality.

Expert care

Form & Function Clinic's friendly staff includes a team of Client Support Administrators, who will be your initial point of contact. From your first enquiry through to surgery booking and post-operative follow-up, these experienced team members will help to ensure your journey with us is informed, smooth and stress-free.

A specially trained team of Clinic Nurses look after many of the pre and post-operative elements of your surgery, including patient education, clinical photography, theatre support and post-operative care. They will monitor your immediate recovery after a procedure, remove sutures or dressings once your wounds are healing and help you with any clinical queries or concerns throughout your journey.

The clinic also employs a full time Practice Manager, who possesses significant experience overseeing the day to day operations of specialist medical practices and ensures that your privacy and confidentiality is maintained at all times.
